Doggzi is a fresh food delivery service for dogs and cats. We prepare healthy, vet- and nutritionist-approved meals based on your pet's breed, age, preferences, and dietary needs — and deliver them to your doorstep, either one-time or on a subscription basis.
2. Are Doggzi meals vet-approved?
Yes. All Doggzi recipes are developed by certified pet nutritionists and approved by veterinarians, ensuring each meal supports your pet's overall health.
3. What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use fresh, human-grade ingredients including chicken breast, organs (like liver and heart), vegetables, healthy grains, and essential supplements. No preservatives, artificial colors, or fillers — just clean, nutritious food.
4. Do you offer vegetarian meals?
Yes. We offer vegetarian options for pet parents who prefer not to feed meat. These include lentils, veggies, rice, and plant-based nutrients, balanced for your dog's needs.
5. Are your meals safe for puppies and kittens?
Absolutely. Meals are customized by life stage — so puppies and kittens get nutrient-rich meals that support growth, while older pets get meals suited for maintenance and health management.
6. How does the subscription work?
With Doggzi's subscription, meals are individually curated just for your pet. During signup, you'll answer a few questions about your pet's breed, age, weight, allergies, and preferences. Based on this, we design a personalized meal plan — with the option to choose veg, non-veg, or mixed meals.

7. Can I order without subscribing?
Yes. You can place a one-time meal order — perfect for trial or occasional feeding. These are general, pre-designed recipes that are freshly made and suitable for most dogs. However, unlike subscriptions, one-time meals are not personalized based on your pet's specific data.
8. How do I get a personalized meal plan?
When you sign up, we ask you to set up your dog profile and it will contain a few simple questions — about your pet's breed, age, weight, activity level, and allergies. Based on that, we create a customized diet plan with suitable recipes and portion sizes.
9. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Gurugram and nearby areas only. You can check if we serve your location by entering your PIN code on the app or website during checkout. We're expanding soon, so stay tuned!
10. How fresh is the food?
Our meals are made fresh every day and delivered ready to serve. If needed, you can refrigerate them for up to 24 hours. Serving and storage instructions are included with every pack.
11. How do I know which plan to choose?
Our app helps you select the right plan based on your lifestyle. If you want consistent feeding, go for the subscription. If you're trying for the first time, the one-time meal is a great way to begin.
12. What if my pet doesn't like the food?
You can easily switch recipes or pause and cancel your subscription (T&C Apply) from the app. We're confident your pet will love the taste, but we're here to support you if they don't.
13. Is Doggzi certified?
Yes. Meals are prepared in FSSAI-certified kitchens, following hygienic and safe food handling practices.
14. How do I pay?
You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or net banking. Subscriptions support auto-renewal for convenience.
15. Can I mix Doggzi meals with kibble or home food?
Yes. Many pet parents mix Doggzi meals with kibble or home-cooked food during the transition. Full Doggzi plans give best results, but mixed feeding works too.
