Welcome to Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. (“Doggzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and any other digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”) through which we provide customized pet food and nutrition services. 

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you (“User,” “Pet Parent,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. 

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. 

SECTION A: SERVICE & USAGE TERMS 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By registering for an account, placing an order, or using any features of our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. 

2. Description of Services 

Doggzi provides customized pet food recipes and nutrition solutions based on data provided by Pet Parents through our Platform. Our services include: 

• Personalized Recipe Generation: Creating customized food recipes tailored to your pet’s specific needs, preferences, and health conditions 

• Product Delivery: Manufacturing and delivering pet food based on the customized recipes 

• Nutritional Consultation: Providing guidance and recommendations related to pet nutrition 

• Recipe Modifications: Adjusting recipes based on updated health information or changing requirements 

• Customer Support: Assisting with queries, concerns, and service-related issues 

3. User Accounts and Registration 

3.1 Account Creation 

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, email address, contact details, and pet information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

3.2 Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. 

3.3 Account Security 

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. 

4. Data-Driven Recipe Customization 

Doggzi’s recipes and nutritional recommendations are generated algorithmically based on the data you provide about your pet through our Platform. The quality, accuracy, and suitability of our recommendations are directly dependent on the completeness and correctness of the information you submit. 

4.1 Information You Provide 

You are required to provide the following information about your pet: 

• Basic details: Name, species, breed, age, gender, and weight 

• Health information: Medical history, current health conditions, allergies, and sensitivities 

• Nutritional data: Current diet, dietary restrictions, preferences, and activity level 

• Veterinary recommendations: Any relevant guidance from your veterinarian 

4.2 Your Responsibility for Data Accuracy 

You acknowledge and agree that: 

• It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your pet 

• You must update your pet’s profile immediately if there are any changes in health status, medical conditions, dietary needs, or veterinary recommendations 

• Doggzi is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information you provide 

• Our recipes and recommendations are only as reliable as the data upon which they are based 

4.3 Obligation to Update Information 

If your pet’s health condition changes, or if you receive new veterinary advice that affects dietary requirements, you must update your pet’s profile on the Platform or contact our customer support team immediately to request recipe modifications. Failure to do so may result in nutritional recommendations that are no longer suitable for your pet. 

5. Modification and Consultation Services 

If you have concerns about the recommended recipes or if your pet’s health requirements change, Doggzi offers consultation services to help you adjust the recipes accordingly. You may contact our customer support team to request modifications based on updated information or veterinary guidance. 

While we strive to accommodate modification requests, we reserve the right to decline modifications that we determine to be unsafe, impractical, or inconsistent with our nutritional standards. 

6. Orders and Payment 

6.1 Placing Orders 

When you place an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices displayed. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is accepted. 

6.2 Pricing 

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. 

6.3 Payment 

Payment must be made at the time of placing an order through our approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other third-party payment gateways. All payment transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers. 

6.4 Order Fulfillment and Delivery 

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, logistics issues, or governmental restrictions. 

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Returns 

7.1 Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. 

7.2 Returns and Refunds 

Due to the perishable nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances: 

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or does not match your order 

• The product has expired or has quality issues 

• There was an error in order fulfillment on our part 

To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will investigate the matter and process refunds or replacements at our discretion. 

8. Intellectual Property Rights 

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: 

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent 

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or proprietary algorithms used on the Platform 

• Use our recipes, branding, or content for commercial purposes 

• Create derivative works based on our Platform or content 

9. Prohibited Conduct 

When using our Platform, you agree not to: 

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information 

• Engage in fraudulent activity or misuse our services 

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations 

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code 

• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or disrupt other users’ access 

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks 

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without authorization 

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our personnel 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. 

SECTION B: LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties 

THE PLATFORM, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

Specifically, Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant that: 

• Our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations 

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free 

• The recipes or nutritional recommendations will be suitable for every pet in every circumstance 

• The information provided by you will always be accurate or sufficient for optimal recipe generation 

11. Limitation of Liability for Inaccurate or Incomplete Data 

CRITICAL NOTICE: Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. is NOT responsible for any adverse health outcomes, medical issues, allergic reactions, nutritional deficiencies, or other problems that may arise if the data you provide about your pet is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. 

You expressly acknowledge and agree that: 

• Our recipes are algorithmically generated based solely on the information you input into our Platform 

• If you fail to disclose allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other relevant health information, the resulting recipes may be unsuitable or harmful to your pet 

• If you provide incorrect weight, age, breed, or activity level information, the nutritional recommendations may be inappropriate 

• Doggzi cannot independently verify the accuracy of the information you provide and relies entirely on your representations 

• You bear full responsibility for ensuring that all information entered into our Platform is truthful, complete, and current 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOGGZI PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, VETERINARY EXPENSES, OR LOSS OF PET WELLBEING RESULTING FROM INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION. 

12. Not a Substitute for Veterinary Care 

IMPORTANT: Doggzi’s services, recipes, and nutritional recommendations are intended for general pet wellness and nutritional guidance only. They do NOT constitute veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment. 

You acknowledge and agree that: 

• Our services are not a substitute for professional veterinary consultation, diagnosis, or treatment 

• You should always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice regarding your pet’s health 

• If your pet has a diagnosed medical condition, is on medication, or requires specialized nutrition, you must seek veterinary guidance before using our products 

• Doggzi does not employ veterinarians to review individual pet profiles or validate nutritional recommendations 

• In case of any health concerns, emergencies, or adverse reactions, you must immediately discontinue use of our products and consult a veterinarian 

Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. strongly recommends that you share our recipes and nutritional information with your veterinarian before introducing any new diet to your pet, especially if your pet has pre-existing health conditions. 

13. Your Responsibility as a Pet Parent 

As a responsible Pet Parent, you agree to: 

• Monitor your pet’s health, behavior, and response to our food products 

• Discontinue use immediately if your pet shows any signs of adverse reactions, illness, or discomfort 

• Seek veterinary advice if you notice any health concerns 

• Ensure proper storage and handling of our products according to the instructions provided 

• Follow recommended feeding guidelines and portion sizes 

• Update your pet’s profile on the Platform whenever there are changes in health, weight, or dietary needs 

14. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doggzi Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: 

• Your use or misuse of the Platform or our products 

• Your provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information 

• Your violation of these Terms 

• Your failure to consult a veterinarian when necessary 

• Any harm, injury, or health issues suffered by your pet 

• Your violation of any third-party rights 

15. Limitation of Liability 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, DOGGZI PVT. LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: 

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES 

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE 

• VETERINARY EXPENSES OR MEDICAL COSTS 

• EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR SUFFERING 

• HARM OR INJURY TO PETS ARISING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS 

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DOGGZI IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS 

16. Informational Disclaimer 

All content, recipes, nutritional recommendations, and guidance provided through our Platform are generated based on the data you submit and are intended for informational and nutritional purposes only. 

This content does not constitute professional veterinary advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified veterinarian. Every pet is unique, and individual health needs may vary. We encourage you to work with your veterinarian to ensure that any dietary changes are appropriate for your pet’s specific health condition. 

17. Consent for Data Collection and Recipe Personalization 

By using our Platform and services, you expressly consent to: 

• The collection, storage, and processing of your personal information and your pet’s data as described in our Privacy Policy 

• The use of your pet’s data for the purpose of generating personalized recipes and nutritional recommendations 

• The use of anonymized, aggregated data for research, product development, and service improvement 

• Communication from us regarding your orders, account, and services 

18. Third-Party Services and Payment Processing 

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways, delivery partners, analytics providers, and cloud hosting services. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms. 

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store or have access to your complete credit card or banking details. All payment information is encrypted and processed in compliance with industry standards. 

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City], India. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. 

20. Dispute Resolution 

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. 

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. 21. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: 

• Violation of these Terms

• Abuse of our services or personnel 

• Prolonged inactivity 

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination. 

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team or through the account settings on the Platform. 

22. Force Majeure 

Doggzi Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, governmental actions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or supplier issues. 

23. Modifications to Terms 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
